Providing Everything You Need
Our Rooms
With such a spacious area, our rooms can comfortably fit up to 4 dogs from the same family. Every room is fitted out with ducted air conditioning, a TV, window, blankets and custom-made beds.
Playtime
Social time and time outside is an integral part of the day. The dogs go out for 2 hours a day, spread out over multiple play time.

They'll have access to real grass, loads of play equipment, toys and of course a staff member supervising (or to snuggle with).
Feeding
We provide all the food for your pet. We have the Royal Canin range of biscuits, Prime 100 meat roll in multiple flavours, Mydog, sardines and a few different biscuit options to cover sensitive stomachs or allergies.

We typically feed once a day in the morning at around 7am, but happy to continue whatever your routine at home is.
​
If your pet is on a veterinary prescribed diet then you will have to bring that in with you.
Weight Checks
We monitor the weights for dogs in for a more than a week. With all the stressors that come with boarding, it's not uncommon for a dog to lose weight. So we like to make sure they are kept at a healthy weight at all times.

We will always check with you on arrival if you're happy with your dogs weight. Whether you want it maintaining, or to change, we love helping clients reach their pet's weight goals
Health Checks
One of the biggest concerns about leaving your dog is wondering if they'll be properly cared for. Routine health checks are crucial for making sure every dog gets the care they deserve. So even those "hard-to-miss" issues get spotted.

We're always monitoring the dogs but sometimes you need to take the extra time to check things thoroughly.​
​
We check every dog's eyes, ears, paw pads, gums, teeth, coat, nails and skin on a weekly basis.
Scent games
About how we feed and what is provided
Baths
If you board your dog for 5 days or more, your dog will get a complimentary bath included with the stay. We use the ProGroom and HempPet range of shampoo products. Or if you'd like us to use your own you welcome to bring it with you.

If you'd like a bath but you're not boarding for 5 days, or perhaps want multiple baths throughout the stay. That can be arranged for an additional fee.
Updates
You can check in with us for an update on how your pet is doing as much as you like via Facebook, email or phone.
​
If you'd like photos we can send them through Facebook messenger up to once a week. If you want photos more often then we can arrange that for an additional fee.
Transport
Collection and delivery available for an additional cost. Due to us being a small facility this is subject to availability.
